By creating an account or using Nomi, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Nomi is an AI-powered customer support platform operated by AM Intel, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). Nomi allows businesses to deploy AI chat assistants on their websites that answer customer questions automatically using content provided by the customer.
By accessing or using Nomi, you ("you", "the client", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
To use Nomi you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, notify us of any unauthorised access, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.
Nomi offers the following subscription plans billed monthly:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period after payment has been processed. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the service, contact us at [email protected].
You agree to use Nomi only for lawful purposes. You must not use Nomi to spread false information, harass or harm any person, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload illegal content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or resell the service without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of all documents and content you upload to Nomi. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of operating your AI bot. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights. You can delete your content at any time from your dashboard.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Nomi service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Enterprise plan clients receive an SLA uptime guarantee as specified at the time of agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, AM Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue or business opportunities, inaccurate AI responses, data loss, or any damages exceeding the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Nomi platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AM Intel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Nomi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
